Better Together Quilt
What inspires you to create a design for a quilt? “Better Together” all started with a simple challenge: Select some fabrics and design a quilt inspired by them. Kacia Hosmer chose corals and blues… they are fabulous hues on their own but with a touch of floral, they are definitely ‘better together’.
This quilt uses a piecing method that makes hexagons easy to assemble. By creating rows of equilateral triangles, the hexagon shapes magically appear. Add to the sophistication by interspersing wedges of color, and you’ve got yourself a winner.
