The bargello concept comes from the world of needlepoint. Instead of thread, quilters use fabric to create waves of color and motion. While they look complex, bargello quilts are relatively easy to create. You simply make strip sets, cut them different widths, and sew them together to make contemporary quilts that depict motion and vitality.
