Carve & Print: Hand-carved Stamps

Quilt featuring fabric printed with hand-carved stamps

About this Quilt

Designed By : Lisa Chin

“The simplest repeating pattern can be created by carving a motif and stamping it in a block pattern in rows. The flowers in the example create a pleasing enough design, but this block pattern is so much more complex with the addition of a few more lines that create secondary designs.” – Lisa Chin
