Sound Maze Quilt

Sound Maze Quilt by Confident Beginner

About this Quilt

Finished Size : 86" x 86"

Rating : Confident Beginner

Designed By : Carolyn Hadley

This quilt design is a modern interpretation of sound waves and how they move – alternating direction but following a maze-like path. The Modern Patchwork editorial team had a fun time just gazing at this quilt, not to mention following the path of white from its beginning in the top left binding to the bottom right exit. We also appreciate that this quilt can easily be adapted to using precut 2 ½” strips, saving time along the way. While you are making it easier on the quilter, why not consider using a 108″ –wide backing fabric? That’s another shortcut we all appreciate.
