My First Quilt | Sara Gallegos | Runtime (7 min)

Are you labeling your quilts? A lot of times quilts are gifted or given away, and it’s nice to know where a quilt came from, who it was made by, and if there was a specific reason it was made. Sara shares many examples of quilt labels and discusses numerous ways to make a quilt label, from writing on the back of the quilt with a permanent fabric pen to machine embroidering a fancy label and from using scrap fabrics to spare blocks for those labels.
