Mitered corners on quilt borders can look so sharp, but you can also use them for smaller projects to frame a favorite printed panel or a block with a fussy-cut patch. Ideal for stripes, plaids, or border prints, they provide a very pretty, professional frame for almost any design. They do take a bit of work and care to get them just right, though.
