This quilt caught my eye for two reasons:
- It’s scrappy – goodness knows I’ve got LOTS of scraps!
- It incorporates a fun little game.
Kids will love snuggling up in this quilt, and enjoy looking for the matching squares. You might even trade fabric with friends to get a good variety. I’ll be looking for lots of bold, high-contrast black and white prints and brights. I might incorporate a few textures, too, like minky, corduroy, and satin.
For this quick quilt, you’ll want to be sure to use an accurate ¼″ seam throughout construction so borders fit well; click here for a great FREE video lesson on that very subject.
