The King’s Crown block includes a patch on point, half square triangles, and flying geese. The Summer Winds quilt block looks like it has a patch on point, but that effect is made with flying geese. Its corner units are made with two different sizes of half-square triangles. Also learn a great technique for making eight half-square triangle units all at once.
