I bought the pattern Patchy Stars and none of the pieces came out very good. I ended up with 8 1/2 inch blocks and they should have been 9 inch. The directions said the measurements for cutting include 1/4 inch seam allowance. I think there is a mistake somewhere and I cut all of my pieces before I started sewing! Ouch! I am trying to adjust the pieces to fit the 81/2 inch blocks. jimandangiemark@aol.com Did anyone else have this problem with this pattern? Or did I do something wrong myself?
