If you experience problems downloading a .pdf file from our site, try one or more of the following:
1.) Select “Save” instead of “Open” and save the file to your computer. Then open the file outside of your internet browser.
2.) Click here to download and install the newest version of Acrobat Reader.
3.) Uninstall all previous versions of Acrobat Reader and then install the newest version of Acrobat Reader (see link above).
4.) If you receive the following error: “Could not find Acrobat External Windows Handler”, click here to read more about it on the Adobe site.
