Quilt Remix | Angela Pingel and Kelly Bowser | Runtime (7 min)

Martha Washington by Liz Porter features a lovely orange background, and when Kelly started on her remix, the orange made her think of Halloween. She also liked that the stars were on point, but decided to do sixteen-patch blocks instead of the stars. Guest Angela Pingel saw Kelly’s remix before starting on her own and decided to continue with the Halloween theme. Angela used fabrics from a line of fabrics called The Ghastlies by Alexander Henry which she already had in her stash. Her remix was both inspired by Liz Porter’s quilt and Kelly’s remix, as well as the fabric line and her own personal style.
